between us is encrypted. Our web site uses secure server technology to ensure
that when you perform a cash out, access your account activity, make deposits

Account Security
All users must register with their full name and mailing address when creating an account with Capitalbingo.com.
Each account is identified by a unique account number that is generated automatically at the time the account is registered. This account number cannot be changed. Your Capitalbingo.com account can only be accessed with this unique account number and your chosen password. For increased security, your password should be at least 8 - 10 characters, with a combination of upper & lower case letters, numbers and shift number keys. Use a unique password for Capitalbingo.com that is not the same as any of your other passwords. If you forget your password, it can be retrieved automatically via the
password retrieval system at the login page. Capitalbingo.com accepts no responsibility for any fraud resulting from the unauthorized use of account numbers and passwords.
Account Balances
Capitalbingo.com maintains customer account balances in cash, ensuring that 100%
of each customer's balance is available for withdrawal at any time. In addition,
Capitalbingo.com is committed to prompt payment of all customer withdrawals.
Account Histories
Capitalbingo.com maintains individual player account histories since the beginning
of time, detailing the outcome of each and every game for which the player was
financially involved. A detailed review of a player's account history is available
in the Member's Area under the Reports menu. Actual Bingo Card game histories
are available upon request.
Membership Data and Internet Security Issues answered: All players are entered
with player identification numbers and a system assigned Player ID access-codes.
Registration is done via the Internet and credit card and banking details are
securely submitted on heavily encrypted pages. The complete player register
is stored on a computer separated from the Internet. Our WWW-Server supports
the SSL protocol for encrypted communications between Capitalbingo.com™
players and the credit card transaction system.
Another security measure is that we register each players IP address. Although
we can not rely on this information, it is possible to become aware of sudden
changes in playing behavior, which can indicate that a player's membership number
and access-code may have been compromised. Please note that in the event that
you notice changes to your player account status, you must e-mail us immediately
so we can investigate. This ability in no way obligates the M.C.T. Corporation
to investigate this kind of abnormality.
The harm an intruder can do if the intruder manages to break an access-code
is limited to using the access-code for playing only. The access-code cannot
be used for revealing the credit card number or other sensitive information.
The games are subjected to strict supervision. Government approved and internationally
recognized independent custodians have been appointed by The BingoAffiliates™
as are required by the Government of Panama.
